Our contract is clear, comprehensive & easy to understand.  It comes with a scaled layout of your project.  There are no contract deposits up front- so you pay nothing until  the plan has been approved by your HOA/POA (if required) and construction actually begins.  Draw terms are clearly specified in the contract and you don't pay the final "draw" until the project has been fully completed- including "punch list" items.   Our primary objective is to build quality structures that meet both your design & budgetary needs with no surprises!
